About the Data

Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common form of kidney cancer. We profiled immune cell infiltration and angiogenesis levels in the TCGA cohort of 519 tumor and 72 normal samples, and also in the Sato et al.* cohort of 101 tumor samples. The data are provided here as a resource for the general research community. A link to download the data will become available upon publication.
